APPLICATION
Applied to loading and unloading, welding, stacking transportation, gelatinization and spraying industry.
DESCRIPTION
This automatic robot work station to achieve automatic work piece clamping and robot automatic welding process. It is designed with two sets of welding positioner. When one is under welding process, another one could be prepared for loading work piece.
Welding Process:
1. Firstly, put the work piece inside fixture 1, then it will be clamped in fixture 1;
2. Then start the machine, and positioner will rotate fixture 1 which is loaded with work piece to welding position;
3. The robot starts welding. At the same time, you may prepare the loading of work piece in fixture 2;
4. When fixture 1 position finish welding and fixture 2 finish loading, then start the positioner rotation function to change working station;
5. Robot starts welding on work piece of fixture 2. Meanwhile, unloading the welded work piece from fixture 1 and start loading the new work piece on it.
The welding cycle will continue
